Only thing close is Error 09 = input voltage low
I don't know if A5-09 is adjustable. If so. Maybe lower it to say 190v
And check the voltage at the outlet and at the VFD while it is running full amps (6amps?) to see what the voltage drop is on your supply cord
Don't be too worried about the motor temperature until it gets around 250° or so at the case. Depending on the insulation class, the windings can get as hot as 311° for type F or as high as 356° for H. So the motor can be hot enough to burn you but still be within normal operating temperature. Cooler is better though for longer life
