I built a jet engine back in high school
Unlike you and your jets, I was chasing girls in high school. I advanced to sheep after that.
I spent 5 years in the Marine Corps building jet engines and fixing them on test cell and in the aircraft. That's definately alot of work put into that truck. Must have one hell of a reduction gearbox to hook it to a Chevy trans - the motors I built ran up to something like 60,000 RPM. I haven't found a 40,000 RPM stall torque converter.
