Jayco 5th wheel water pump??? Cant find it!

Hello i just acquired a 2000 Jayco Eagle 256 fifth wheel camper. Everything works but the water pump is broke. I can not for the life of me find this damn pump so i can replace it. I have searched and searched google and camper sites and come up empty! The owners manual doesnt show anything, i have pulled out drawers, opened all cabinets etc... is there a possibility they put it in the tank? Never had this much trouble finding one before. Any help would be appreciated! It has the rear kitchen and the water hookups are near the rear of camper.

Never seen one in the tank. Usually pump is mounted close to tank and easy to get to. Find your fresh water tank and search all around it. Might try the outside storage doors.

Thanks i have crawled underneath every sq. inch of this thing and can not find it lol! I have been told by someone there is a possibility it is under the insulation on the bottom of the trailer??? Have you ever heard of that I guess my next thing is to try and somehow trace every single waterline until i find the pump i just have a bad feeling it is hiiden in insulation and going to be a pita

Lol. I did this same thing for a week on our nomad toyhauler by skyline. It was a inline fuse cost a quarter to fix, the pump was in the hollow/void under the fridge, the whole side panel came off with 4 screws, it was very easy. Took a week for me to figure it out tho.

It should not be buried cause when you winterize the camper you need to be able to get to it.

Asked some one for you.They said look for a small cabinet near the water inlet.That where his is.
Mine is also in a small cabinet next to my bed near the water inlet .

Good point! Mine was located just aft of the h2o inlet:thumb: under the fridge, in a small void/cabinet.
