issues with logging balance rates?

I am having issues logging balance rates. I tried to log an 04 last night and I would show nothing but 0.00 across the board. I tried reconnecting and validating parameters but still no luck. Josh also tried to log an 01 the other day with the same issues.

Anyone got any ideas?

GO back to an old log file and try to connect with pids that have worked in the past. That is where I usually start.
