Electric Issues After Alignment

Alright I'll try yo keep this as short as possible to explain everything.

My truck ran and drove without an issue. Then I brought my truck in for an alignment. They left the key on and my lift pump drained the battery. They said we'll charge the battery but instead jumped it. So The truck ran like crap and they fried my Dual CP3 controller. I got a new one and the truck would idle fine for a minute or two then rail pressure spiked to max and wouldn't move. Let it sit for about 10 minutes start it again and the same problem. So I thought regulators so I order two new ones. While I waited for them to arrive I pulled the serpentine belt off and just started it with the one pump in the valley. Starts and idles just fine.

Alright no problem replace the regulator on the top pump. Got the regulator and did that hooked everything back up and again idles fine for a minute or two and maxed rail pressure and jumped a little and maxed out again. So I figured I'll just go back to stock serpentine belt setup and see if it will drive. Started and idled just fine but it will not rev over 2300 rpms.

The whole time I can flash the ECM because I was trying a few things to see if I could work around it.

No SES codes or anything! I was told to try regrounding so I went over every ground and still didn't help.

Does anyone have any suggestions?!?

Are they paying for this? They better be! FICM maybe? You may get more help from some of the smart guys (I'm not one of them) if you changed the thread name to something about your issue. I thought it was going to be a suspension/steering issue. Sorry I can't help. I hope you get it figured out man!
