Isssue getting licenses?

I bought a couple license's last night for today like I have done a 100 times before and got charged but never received a conformation email or the code, anyone else had an issue with this? I can't get a response from them since they are closed till jan 11th.

Happened to me, I had entered the wrong email during checkout

I only have two and if I don't enter the right one I don't get my dealer discount so that's not the case this time on mine.

I ordered some the day after Christmas and was able to get them.

Yeah I ordered one Friday and had no problem either.

Ordered two today, separate times, haven't received either license.

We had a problem with our emails yesterday and today. Emails are now starting to filter through, but it is expected to take a few more hours to clear the backlog. Customers who placed orders that were automatically processed can continue to access their activation codes via their login page in lieu of receiving their system generated email.
