and a cable to hook to the OBD2 with a laptop just to read the parameters? Don't need to log or tune, just want to keep an eye on what's happening and be able to look.
You could buy a SCANGUAGE set-up which wouldn't even need a laptop, but there are quite a few programs out there that allow you to view OBD2 data via a laptop.
