to blow the oil seal out of the turbo on the exhaust side if by accident both vents on the rocker covers were blocked creating some crankcase pressure?
standard turbo etc.

I would say it is highly unlikely. Probably much more likely to blow out a main seal.

Or did you spin your cam bearing slightly blocking the feed hole and limiting oil to the turbo. Then once the seal is toast, the little bit of feed oil that is there is leaking???

Would seem likely with it ruining 2 in a week. You can look down the oil hole right at the bearing.

all standard turbos. first 60k miles old before the transplant into the truck... 2nd fresh reco'ed.

3rd one still going strong after 2000 miles. only discovered crankcase pressure problem shortly after the 3rd one was bolted on.
