Is Fedor scared of the toughest competition?

Sure seems like it. UFC supposedly offered him more money than they have ever offered anyone and he turned it down because he wants co-promotion. I guess he can continue to claim he's the greatest and fight more has beens and make lots of money. He signed with Strikeforce and I'm sure they gave him promotion rights. Always got the impression Fedor liked the challenge more than the money. Guess not.

its a shame, was looking forward to seeing him fight. some day....seems like all the other fight promoters are failing, but ufc appears to be as strong as ever.

It's his manager Finklestein that wants the co-promotion deal. Fedor had everything he wanted offered to him. It's a shame. Strikeforce was really holding their own and now M-1 will put them in the crapper just like Affliction. They don't have the PPV numbers and sponsorships like the UFC to be able to afford Fedor. Good thing it's only a 3 fight deal. There is still hope. Fedor should have jumped in and took on Brock now because Brock is only getting better.

Thats just it if you wait to long to fight Brock he will only get better. Fedor fighting sub par fighters will only hurt him instead of making him better. If he was looking for a pay day he was offered it. Brock might be a bad match up for Fedor as if he can't knock him out he might get pounded on like Mir did.
