Had efi live installed on my 2006 lly which I thought was a lbz but it ran great with 33 inch bald tires and I just put 35 inch new Toyos on it and now it shifts terrible and is faster at half throttle then full throttle acts like its being held back do I need a new efi live tune? Happened instantly after I put on the new tires

Welcome to my world about the half throttle thing... But in your case (most peoples) You probably need a lift pump, its draining the fuel rails. Also your fwiw you will always buy parts that are labeled for lbz, NOT LLY. 2006 is an LBZ!

Ya it's identical to my other lbz and looks nothing like my lly it does throw a low fuel rail pressure code but bigger tires would make it run out faster?

at half throttle or full? it wont be consistant on power if your not holding rail pressure so that maybe why its shifting funny. Bigger tires will put more load on the engine, so I could see that. Could just be a coincience though.

Fuel pressure half throttle is around 24-25 then floored runs at 21-22k then when it shifts gets down to 18 then goes back up to 21-22k?

On lower gears it gets down to 8 k psi before it shifts then gets backup to 21-22

I guess with the new tires in the same gear u are spinning less rpms so the cp3 is spinning slower. So this would make since however I would check all the other stuff first. Also a lift pump should help this but u may still have some underlying issue it is just more noticeable now the the cp3 is spinning slower at the same speeds.
