Is 134,000 miles too much for a 06?

I am looking at a 06 2500HD diesel with 134,000, I did a vin check and it came up with some small things like EGR. Nothing big



Are these miles a red flag for a 2006?

Lotsofsmiles on here has 200k on his and it is still running strong. I have right at 110k on mine and no major problems. It just depends on what you want to do with it.

I want to tow a 2 horse trailer. Should I have anything replaced or look for something when I go to buy this truck?

I would look at normal wear parts. Like the hubs, ball joints and any other misc. parts in the front end. And then for any wierd noises it might make while driving.

134k.? Barely broke in.!! I guess it just depends on how much buddy is askin..right?? up here in Canada and depending on trim level/additions, that mileage can still command 25-35k CAD.

For me, no major issues. Love my truck and like the boys above, I plan on keeping mine till at least 500k..well, hope so anyway.
PM is the key my friend-clean fluids and clean filters...and whatever it takes for longetivity, I'll do.
