I'm no rocket scientist... But I'm pretty sure hitting the breaks at the point that he did (first getting sideways) was the worst thing to do.

Eric got knocked out and the front brakes locked up. That could have easily been a bad situation if the car headed back for the starting line. One hellofa motor build to last that long at that RPM. He was pissed they cut the top of his car off lol.

Yea, the did move pretty quick considering the car was still WOT at a stand still.

The situation isn't good for anyone though, so much could have happen.

Glad he made it out ok though.

You mean they cut the roof off? It didn't look like they would need to to get him out. How bad is the car? complete loss?
