i was wondering if anyone had some ideas for custom intercooler tubing. this 475 with my banks intercooler tubes does not really fit. i am gettin abad vibration from the tube contacting the brake booster housing. any ideas on a fix?????

i run a s475 with banks intercooler pipes. I had to cut a pie out of the pipe on the hot side and tig weld it back together. IIRC it had to be shorter cause the turbo was bigger.
Yeah I dented it in a bit but it's still touching a lot gonna have to cut and put a new angle on it
That Banks pipe doesn't fit very well on a nonstock turbo. Mine was on an HTT, too short and the bends weren't right, it banged just like yours. A custom pipe is the best way. Trent built me one that fits perfectly. The bottom end is only about an inch from the intercooler, plenty of clearance with the booster housing, and the top is straight inline to the turbo.
yeah today i took a inch and a half out of it and changed the angle and turned the housing a hair its perfect now.
