LB7: Intercooler Boots

Is there a difference in length of intercooler pipes or boots between years on the LB7? I'm curious because I bought a stock passenger intercooler pipe to have coated, and there is a difference in length between mine and the one that I bought. The one that is on my 01 is about 2 inches at the most longer than the other and isn't long enough to go in my bottom boot.

01's only had a different passenger side tube. 02-04 are the same. The 01's had a shorter y-bridge tube and therefore the intercooler tube was longer. Come to think of it the tube itself may be the same, but the boots on the engine side are definitely different.

My tube, to me, seems to be longer than the tube that I bought. And if I had another two inches on my bottom boot, the pipe would fit. The top boot is fine. I'm looking for boots now, and the ones I am looking at won't be long enough either.

Are the boots different on the 02-04's from the 01's?
