got a k&n on my truck but a buddy has a afe stage 2 he will sale me but its for a 05 lly will it fit on my truck or not

yes the tubes are different. The LB7 and LLY intake manifold are different causing the air intakes to be routed different. LB7 intake tube is mostly straight with a couple 45* bends, the LLY looks like a big S
i have a couple intake tubes im selling actually one for lly and one for lb7 ill show you the differences in a few pics but i will say ive sold one to a friend before who used an air raid stage one box and it utalized the stock intake tube, he upgraded the tube with one of the afe super stock tubes and it worked out. these kits i have are actually designed to use the stock box and upgrade the tube i have a few of them as there discontinued but yeah also im not sure about the maf how it goes on your intake if its on the box you have or the intake tube but these do not have a place for them in the tube unless yours attaches to the tube and has that honey comb thing. here are the pics (lb7 first lly second)
