Tough question to answer. Stock intercoolers are bad about leaking and repairs seem to lead to the next leaky spot. Need to be pushing a lot of air that's for sure. There are some 10sec trucks on stock intercoolers FWIW. Perhaps that gives you a glimpse. Sorry I'm not more specific. My truck is very close to 10s and I'm still on a stocker but I am in the market for a Mishimoto!
Other then Strength, how much different the a aftermarket cooler make? I monitor my IATS and while I am moving I am only about 10-20 over ambient, that includes towing.
