LB7: Injectors result head gasket

I had all 8inj replaced with the 200k warr....they pulled 2 cups #1,4.....in the morning I picked up on same day in afternoon...on a friday,,,,loaded truck up headed out of town about an hour down the road it overheated and low cool light came on ,,,,, shop closed...I filled back up and it ran ok......not knowing it smoked the head gasket.....work order doesnt show adding any coolant back....also didnt cure the seat on the sleeve for 12 hours ......there trying to make me pay for it......anybody have a good diesel lawyer???

Sounds like your dealer did a half-ass job. IMO, they have to fix what they did wrong on their dime.

Id be calling GM Cust Svc in the morning and complaining LOUDLY about their hack job, and demand they fix it.

Thanks ....I started a complaint bout a2 weeks ago....I am trying to figure out how much coolant would leak into engine oil....again the work order shows no coolant added back
