HI,

i'm running a S475 billet over stock, looking to change the cp3 for a 10mm stroker.

Wich size of injectors will I go. 60 or 100% over ??

I'm still stock bottom for now and dont plan to build it before next year.

Thanks

Do 100s now do you dont have to up them again when you build. What are your plans for the truck?

700-750 is my goal.

Do some drag race in the summer and tow the fifth wheel couple times a year.

NOt running the truck in the winter.

Will be tune by Mark at danville

60 overs will probably get you what you want but I’d say hundreds will keep the timing and pulse width down.

Personally I'd do 100s and be done especially since you do plan on building the engine. If my extensively concussed memory serves me right I do think I remember seeing mark say 100s were easy to tune these days.

have either of you had 100% overs in a truck or tuned them? tuning them isnt the only part to look at....

the same advancements have been made to the smaller injectors/tuning.

Does it count if they were from industrial?:D I've never tuned one, I'm not a tuner. I just saw where he said he would be towing a 5th wheel, must of skimmed over that. If he truly plans on staying at 700 to 750 and towing then yes I agree 60 overs would be the right choice. But I know how most people are and once they hit 700 and or build the engine their ceiling rises from 700-750 to 850 or 900.

If you are truly going for 700-750, you will need a bigger atmosphere turbo. That billet 75 will be breathing pretty hard at 700 hp in a compound setup. As for injectors, 60% overs will get you there, but 100s will give you a lot more wiggle room. As far as how clean they run, mine clean up pretty good, even with my single 76mm single turbo.

100% overs (LBZ Nozzles) is what you need. Can be super super clean with the compound setup you’re running, make great power and at the 700-750 goal you’ll be able to keep pulse width and timing conservative. One thing I recommend is swap the 75 out for an 80mm. It will bring drive pressures and shaft speeds down running at those power levels.

How would the 80 tow vs the 75?
