Ok guys I have been racking my brain trying to figure it this out. I know its not rocket science but I always see 30%, 60% and 100% injectors in sigs. My question is when I look at them on the internet there listed buy 75hp 100hp etc.. so what percentage is what hp? My next questions is are the 625 head studs really worth the extra grand? I saw that the regular arps are torqued 125ft/lbs and the 625's were 150ft/lbs, I guess what I mean is has there been many people that have blown head gasket with regular arp's and if so what hp/psi?

Thanks, Rand

I'm curious about the %-hp thing as well.

IMOP the hp ratings are strictly a "Cummins"thing , and hold no bearing in the Dmax world , percentage over, or Liters Per Minute i can relate to ,but have never used a "100 hp" stick , although i would have to guess according to those rule the ones in my truck now would be like 500 hp sticks since with stock pulse width tune i could make around 750-800hp at the wheels  JK i couldn't resist .

I don't think the ARP are worth the money unless you are using the biggest of turbo's or flat just have some extra money to spend , I am still using the standard ARP's and if they don't hold i think there are other issue's at hand that should be addressed first not just "stronger" studs , JMHOP.

Sad to say but you will crack a piston on the LBZ before needing studs at all. I ran the stock turbo big tune with nos and stepped up to the 4094R and ran nos a few time with it but did not a enough fuel to support so stuck with just fuel after the swap. I had alot of runs on mine but popped #6 with stock headbolts. Add those to the list when the time comes to build if anything you could always try sticking a set 30 or 40 over sticks in her to be able to lower you Pw and reduce cyd pressure and see if you can make her live longer. Good luck with what ever you do these trucks are a very bad habit lol.

Thanks fellas, Im pulling my turbo in a week or so and figured that would be a good time to throw some injectors in it. I was just doing some shopping and all the hp stuff was throughing me off. I guess I will just have stop being a desktop jockey and call some poeple lol. The studs I was just curious about cause I really couldnt see the thousand dollar difference and when building a engine i figured that thousand could be put to better use somewhere else.
