I am getting ready to pull motor out and change a bunch of stuff. Right now I have 60 overs with 75mm turbo. Will 100 overs match well with my current turbo and run that till I'm ready to go better? Or go with my other plan get 200 overs tuned for my 75mm and then buy bigger turbo in the future.

Don't go to 200 overs unless you want a competition truck primarily. You can't always tune those down enough to be happy with street driving.

My 125% overs are doable for daily but borderline. Rarely would you ever need more than that.

Randy Overton is running 250% on a 4.1" single Turbo... But I am running 400% on a 3.0x4.4 hx82 charger, I run a 1700us tune, lol... I just ran a 4.1x4.4 Columbus Charger off my friends 4.1 Limited ProStock John Deere... I ran a 2100us tune and had plenty of Fuel... With a 3x3.6 hx60 back in the day, I was running 1400us...

Bigger the better IMO for sled pulling!
