Injector rebuild?

A buddy at work has a bad injector in an 2002 lb7. Apparently theres a place down here that claims they can rebuild it good as new for 20 bucks. Is this anywhere close to being true? I'm calling bs, would like to hear other thoughts on this before we go ahead and pull this thing apart.

They may be talking about new seals and cleaning but most likely you got a cracked body. Ask them what the 20$ intitles.

I don't see how they can do anything to it for $20 when just a new nozzle costs $75.
