Injector issue

Past three mornings I start the truck get about a mile down the road and it starts missing until I really lay into the throttle. Pulled code p0204 didn't see any visual issues at number 4 and it drives fine almost the rest of the time once the day warms up. Any insight before I replace them with bigger

Drove great all day today 170k miles

No problems now. Could bad fuel cause that code? Bought a set of 60overs but if they're doing fine now no reason to change
