Is there a special way to install the injectors or do you just set them in the sleeve with the hold down and torque the hold downs? Just want to make sure I don't mess this up

No special way just make sure the cups are seated and havent moved. If they had moved it will be your choice weather to re seal cups or install new cups. Most people re seal their cups if they are loose. They are around $30 a piece so its your call.
Did you locktite them in? And then install the injectors in the bore, torque them down after your fuel return line hooked up? Make sure the metal seal that goes into the back of the head doesnt get forgotten.
The only thing that keeps the cups in cylinder head is injector hold down torque and the loctite to seal them from moving around.
