Took my drivers side valve cover and rocker box off yesterday and reassembled and ran to see if we could see any obvious leaks, what we saw and heard was the #4 injector was leaking from what we thought was the line, went to the stealer and bought a couple new lines, still leaked, once we looked closer it was coming from the fitting that is threaded into the injector, it is pinned but once we snugged it, (not very much) it stopped leaking? Is that an issue? I know we have had the lines off a million times in the last couple years do these loosen up? Second thing was the sound of compression, and some smoke coming from around cyl #6 turns out it had lifted that injector cup. Seems good now, holds rail pressure fine and runs smoother than it ever has, just has to get put back together now. Hoping to dyno it Saturday. Can't wait to just drive it, its been down over 3 months now.

Never seen them loosen ive seen plenty that arent tight enough because the diesel crustys from the steel lines were keeping it from bottoming out

Dyno #s please:drool:

How is yours?
Its awesome i love it,i am having fuel issuses tho i think my cp3 is not keeping up either that or the injectors are sending to much back to the tank im hoping its the cp3 i have a brand new lbz cp3 sitting here to go in as time permits. Also just got my dual cp3 kit from Darryl and Henry.I need to instal the 1 pump 1st and see if it goes away if not gonna have to bite the bullet and go with new injectors and 60 overs .
