I tried to removed the injector bolts and 4 out 0f 5 have broken no matter if a rock or left them 3 days soaking with PB they are breaking very easy. The passenger side lower valve cover also stuck where the bolts broke. I live in the rust belt and these bolts are very rusted the driver side injector lines had to be cut to remove otherwise not budging, so frustrating.
Any advice on removing the studs and the lower valve cover would be appreciated. At this point I'm looking at removing the motor to get better access.
Doing a HG job on the motor due to failure.
Truck has 260k any advice on replacing any other components while the engine is out?
