Injector balance/ rattle issues

I got some s&s 150% over injectors and installed in my truck, they were used with 2k miles on them and I saw before they were pulled that the balance rates were all within 2.0 to -2.0 and I picked them up immediately after they were pulled. They sat in my house for about 6 weeks before I just now got to putting them in. Got them in and loaded new tuning started and drove it fine and it ran good, got back and checked balance rates in park and got the reading with injector 1 at 5.7... in drive they drop back down to the second picture below I just put some injector cleaner in the tank and if that doesn't work will try to set the balances to the same with a tech 2, if that doesn't work I'll switch injectors around to see if it follows, any other things I need to be checking for or looking at? It also has an injector rattle slightly while driving and sitting still in drive

High pressure lines were cracked open to remove the injectors and probably got trash in them. That’s why buying used regardless of mileage is not a good idea. Balance rates before mean nothing.

I have not been around a lot of big injector trucks but the ones I have been around including my own seemed like balance rates was way off. Even with new.

Rattle at idle? Or rolling into it? Mine rattles when rolling into it. Is your rail pressure matching desired?

At idle when in drive and your foot on the brake or the parking brake set. I cant tell if it is doing it for sure or not while cruising but when you roll Into it is is quiet and doesn't rattle, I had a rattle with the stock ones when I would get on it before the turbo lit, not with these. It seems to run fine from what little I've driven it. And the desired and actual frp is hand and hand they stay together, it's about 7k at idle, not sure if that's a part of the reason or not I thought they were usually a little lower rail pressure at idle

Higher rail at idle is normal. Helps keep it from hazing.
