Injector balance rate?

I looked at my injector balance rates with EFILive. Most are less than +/- 1, however sometimes one will be at -3 or -4. Then if I rev the engine a few times sometimes it will drop back to -1 or -2 after the engine gets back to idle. Seems to just be on #4 and #6. Are the rates supposed to jump around like that?

Edit: I have no smoke at start up or idle.
