I'm kind of at a loss right now and really need some advice ..

This LLY is getting fuel all the way past the fuel filter(you can prime it untill it feels really firm). The truck will crank and crank and will NOT start. I spent a good share of the day at the dealership and they are thinking either a bad injection pump or a bad injector. Brand new fuel filter and fuel tank is full BTW

The only signs i noticed a couple days before was excessive black smoke, hard to start, etc.

I would like to check the injector balance rates but the truck does not start...

Would the truck actually not start if all that was bad was the Injection Pump?

Here are my codes if you are interested:

C0035
B2600
U1000
U1016

Thanks for any advice you have. I just need a little technical support before I start replacing expensive parts..

Its not really a recommended practice but sometimes can light it off with starting fluid and then it will stay running on its own. Sounds like a bad injector though since it was smoking before it died

It was black smoke.. not white.. idk

Thanks

Why don't you take The v2 and see how much rail pressure your getting while cranking it over . I think it needs like 600 or 700 psi to even try to start , that will tell you if you have a bad cp3. If I am wrong on the numbers someone please chime in , it's been awhile
