Hello Duramax People smarter then me.

I have a few questions for you guys. Heres what i have got.
LMM engine, which i would like to run as an LBZ, with a LBZ Transmission.

The engine has been wired as per an LBZ, i have a LBZ ECM, TCM, vane position sensor, and MAF sensor. Anything else i will need to swap. Remembering that the EGR, Intake heater, Particle filter etc have been removed.

I know the injectors are different, but can i copy the LMM injector tables over to the LBZ operation system along with the timing and any other related table etc. WHAT am i missing??? I know this is going to be trial and error but if any one could shine some light onto this i would very much appreciate it.

And before everyone ask why. The LBZ have a few things on the ecm which the lmm no longer do. They are controlled over the can bus with the Body control module which is not in this vehicle. Things like the cruise control etc.

Thanks Heath

I put LBZ injectors in my LMM and changed nothing, I also put an LBZ engine in my LMM and changed nothing. I did use the stock LMM ecm though. I'm sure someone with more knowledge will comment but I think most of the parts are exactly the same so you should be good to go.

I believe to run the LBZ TCM you have to swap over to an early 6 speed bellhousing on the trans. The LMM didn't use a turbine speed sensor in the bellhousing, but the LBZ did use one like the earlier 5 speeds did.
