YEah a 64/71 would be the same basic as a bd supermax, good turbo, will daily drive like stock. If its a silver 64 it will have a 80/73 turbine, that will support a lil more power, have a slight noticable lag but nothing some one couldnt live with, I town with a 66/73 with no issues!

Thanks Caleb. You have a garage bay opening up there? May drop it off for ya. :D I guess I'll stud it too, and also maybe a trans kit. I'll get back to ya on the Silver part, that i'm not sure on. What for power levels am i looking at that this turbo will handle?

Agree on the trans. Do that and get a Max effort tune and see how u like that then do a turbo. Save money that way.

I think if its a good deal on the turbo then get it and just do a small tune till you can get a trans.

Well if i get the turbo, i'm definately doin the trans. Im hopin to do it all one shot. How long with that turbo will i be needin studs, or shouldnt i have to worry about them? What other tunes would work with that turbo?

no headstuds are needed. you just need to get your current tunes updated for the new turbo

you dont need the turbo to get 525 at the crank. you can get close to 600 at the wheels with it

I knew i didnt need the turbo to make the power i wanted for a set of stock rods. :thumb: Just saying what horse i was looking for, and also about maybe getting a decent deal on the turbo. :D Its comin off of a ford, so i need a mount for mine and also the hardware kit for it.
