....you show me yours and I'll show you mine. Finished it last night. No more P0087 so far, but I haven't logged with it yet. PPE's Level 6 was dropping rail pressure to 13kpsi-ish. Seat-o-the-pants meter says MUCH better top end.

WOW, you bend all the lines yourself? that looks real nice.

Thanks! Yup, did it all here at the shop. Stainless tubing looks great, but is a major PITA to use with AN fittings.

Very very pretty!

How long did install take? Instructions and all that good with the kit? I have an Airdog 150 showing up Tuesday and will be installing then.

Total install time time was about 10 hours , give or take. 2 hours one day butchering and rewelding the AirDog supplied brackets and deciding where to mount them. About 8 hours last night to do the plumbing, including changing my mind a half dozen times.

To do the install per the AirDog supplied instructions, which are great by the way, I can't imagine taking more than a few hours. Really a nice kit.

OK, two hard runs last night. Actual pressure tracks commanded until the high end of second gear. at about 25kpsi it falls of quickly to 21.5kpsi and holds rock solid from there through the rest of the run. Without the pump, when pressure was lost it would oscillarte between 10kpsi and 15kpsi, averaging around 13-ish.

I've noticed a couple of others on here describing the exact same type of situation. Maybe time to play with the FPRV.

I think that definately qualifies as a "contraption" haha. Awesome job with the lines and fittings definately looks good. Much better than my aeroquip setup

I was expecting a billet AL bracket Bob??

I knew I forgot something!!:D

is the fuel supply line bypassed? what for?

Supply is bypassed with a Peterson ball-type shut off in case the pump takes a dump. If I trusted that the pump would flow through when inoperable, I coulda spun the unit 180 deg. and not had it look so "busy" and space shuttle-esque.
