Recently realized my passanger side sway bar end link was broken and ordered rcd billet sway bar end links. I figured since im replacing those I may as well refine the whole system. My truck is on a 6 inch lift. What are other parts I should consider buying? My pitman and idler arms have already been replaced. Would a steering stabilizer be of assistance?

Flushing your steering and brake fluid is the BEST thing you can do.
I've done mine everything year for the past 3 years now.
The brakes are much more responsive, the steering is more responsive as well and turns a lot easier.
Only is I wish I could fine some synthetic power steering and brake fluid, I can't find any.

Im not much of a believer in snake oils but i know for a fact, the bg synthetic power steering fluid made a BIG difference in turning my 37s. Couldnt believe how well it worked

Well ive flushed it and it still squeaks. What would be causing the squeaks? Would it be the steering shaft? Still dont have my sway bar end links in or installed yet.

Why do I keep doing this?

Squeaks? You never said anything about that. Is it only making noise when you turn the steering wheel, or all the time? Maybe a bad lower column bearing? Maybe a bad idler or tensioner pulley if the squeak is constant?

Driver side wheel bearing was replaced. Now listening more I hear more of a cracking noise. Tomorrow im putting in my sway bar end links tomorrow. Hoping that solves some kind of issues. Next I guess would be column bearing, correct?

Intermediate shaft most likly if your hearing a pop or crackling sound. Should feel it in the steering wheel. Otherwise yes check into the lower bearing. Both are real common.

I use a synthetic DOT3/4 made by Valvoline and get it at my local NAPA.

You could always use TranSynd in your power steering.... I'm not sure that is still Kosher, but we used to use tranny fluid in the power steering systems all the time back in the day....
