inside the turbine housing on my turbo I have 4 little tiny cracks on the thin piece that helps direct the exhaust around the wheel. There small and look like they been there a while. Should I run it or get a different one?

It's from running it hot. I'd run it, you'll be hard pressed to find a used on that doesn't have heat checks.
