Idle time on new Duramax

Hey guys, first post but I've been following for about a year now. Back in Feb 2012 I bought a new 2012 duramax. I live in Minnesota and it can get pretty cold here. I am just wondering how long people let their LML engines warm up when the temps get cold???
I do use the factory remote start, however it will only allow the truck to run 10 min on 1 cycle. (max 2 cycles).

Plug it in. Should need minimal warm up doing that. Below freezing, i let it idle for a couple mins to get oil thinned and flowing before i drive it.

I usually wait til my temp gauge at least moves.

Start truck, scrape ice off of windshield, hop in and go :thumb:

I like to wait till my oil gets to 100* but I hit side roads for the first 5 min of my drive
