idle speed is all over the place

This has got me stumped. Was just doing some refinements to a tune. Then i noticed that my idle speed (when warm) is at 1000 rpm when in N or P, but normal 680 when in drive. I tried re-flashing, no help.

After it sat off for a few minutes, started back up, normal rpm, then it ramped up within 30-60 seconds.

Perhaps you changed something and did not realize it.

Open the tune again and configure all display units to Imperial and resave as the same tune but add Imperial to the name.

Open the previous tune that did not have the idle flaw and resave once all units are in Imperial with a new name as well.

Use the compare feature and see if you can find the problem.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll play around again today. FWIW, I flashed to an earlier version, and got the same results.

Oddly too, when I noticed this, my NAV HU reset, querying me on the "Directions for dummies" disclaimers that usually happens the first time it gets powered up.

Something happened, and I am thinking that a power interupt/hard reset, might be in order.

One other thing I noticed on the log. Maintaining 1000 rpm took a lot less fuel than 680 rpm logs, like half. Something is very wrong I suspect in what I am seeing. But the idle is obviously reading correctly. You can hear it.
