I have to give this one back:mad: Fuggers think there is a core charge or something:D I'll have to figure a way out to steal one... I mean borrow one with no intention of returning it.

Maybe you can borrow the counterweights instead of the whole crank:D

Must be the picture then, looked like the old short stroke pistons, but if it came out of a 793D then its gotta be the HD setup. I just finished in-framing the front engine on a 797 today actually

Maybe you confused the stock d-max piston as the cat piston... It happens:D

I have pics of one somewhere that removed themselves in truck... It wasn't pretty.

I had to tear a 3516 down from a failed crankshaft, turns out it had the wrong TC adapter and f'd the thrust bearing, broke the crank in half after #6 rod journal, had to cut the end off of a rod cap to get the crank out because it wouldnt spin over. had 3 bent rods that looked like tacos ;)

Brain, we have a few pieces of cat equipment at work. We have a 385 excavator with a long boom and clam bucket. We also have two 980h front end loaders. What motors are in these?
