Time to build it!!! So! I have a 2008 GMC Sierra crew cab z71 swb LMM 6.6L Duramax. I got beat by a ford! My truck only has 335HP/660tq I THINK. Haven't Dyno'd it, just read the manual. I cut off the muffler. Other then that it's stock! WHAT can I do to add some horsepower without breaking my bank?!

your truck has 365 hp but i think efi live intake real aftermarket exhaust would go a long way an not kill your wallet :thumb:

What about my sensors on the exhaust? How would I get the "Check engine" light to go off ? Bcuz I know if you don't do a certain delete on the exhaust it'll run like crap.

Tell me about EFI, I'm not familiar to it. Do I order it then just hook it up? Or take it to someone and they tune it to my truck and turn off all the regeneration stuff?

Buy efi live from the vendors here or someone close to you that can tune in truck is best forsure. Get a lift pump and your good to go for what the tranny can hold till you build that. A good 100hp tune will wake it right up.
A lift pump is not needed for a 100hp or so but I like the filtration and positive fuel flow it creates and then get rid of the stock one. Just what I always do to get the mods started. Then I'd do exhaust.
If you wanna get serious, build the transaction first then you can really hold some power.

Maybe it did! Lol it was too quiet for a powerstroke. Lol
where are you from maybe able to point u in the right direction
but i would stay away from box programmers and use efi live and a dpf delete u dont have to have cold air intake would just be nice but u will see ur most gain from efi and dpf and u will be a happy camper

I have the same truck and did efi live and a full exhaust made a decent difference. A lot of venders on here have package deals and can hook you up for a good price.

My buddy has a 6.7 with H&S, 5in exhaust, and egr delete. It runs low 14s maybe high 13s if he launches it hard. His 150 tune "max" vs my 150 "DD" was barley a race. On the track I took him by over a second and on the street in 2wd I pedaled it and left him...

There heavy trucks. Efi live, and a lift pump, with a trans go will go a long way.

63/68 turbo and a dual cp3 kit will make around 600 with pretty standard tuning, but a ccsb still weighs 8000lbs or more though.
