Okay I'll ask... How could you have zero boost, if the screw driver never hit anything you have another reason why it wouldn't. It would have to be a huge leak to get 0 psi, like a torn ic boot. You didn't find anything else on inspection? I agree the horn bend must have saved it from working its way in... I suggest you remove the boot on the turbo/ic and pressure test it from there on.

here is what i think happened, that screwdriver was loitering at the mouth of the turbo all this time, unntil 2 weeks ago it finally gathered enough courage to go into the turbo....dont even ask me how or why the turbo didnt blowup because i have NO FRIGGIN CLUE...prob. because lbz's are just too tough to die.
so when the screw driver went in it jammed up the turbo, thus giving me the 0 boost symptoms.after i removed the screwdriver from the turbo it went back to being an lly eatin som' bitch
i finally drove it today for a good distance and seems fine:woott:
