Hydro booster parts

Hi All,
I'm fitting a Duramax and Auto into a Nissan Patrol and have decided to fit the hydro booster out of the Chev.
I bought a new hydro booster but it didn't come with the push rod, spring, retaining washer, little caps that all go between the booster and the master cylinder.
Please see the picture for the parts I am looking for (I've sorted where to get the Sharpie from!!!)
If someone has the part numbers for these parts or can supply them that would be great.

From what I was told the dealer couldn't order them, which I thought was weird.

But this was from the crappy dealer around me.

Just got a reply from gmpartsdirect and they state they are not available separately - bugger
It would be good if Rockauto say the part they supply isn't complete instead of just putting a small note in the box!

I have a Delco reman hydroboost in my garage in a box i wonder if they would be in there??? ill check in the morning if i can remember:spit:

Cheers mate, the one I purchased was a ACDelco and it didn't come with them, it would be interesting if yours did

Only reason i mention it is because mine is a reman was yours new or reman?
