A. Take it and get the seal or tc fixed

B. Go by the stage 5 kit for 3800 bucks which i dont have and put it in

C. light a match to the truck and let it burn.

What I would do-Detune and stop racing.
Keep the oil up
Run it unless you start getting slippage or overheating issues
Save you $$ until you can do the tranny swap

OR

Run the sack of it till it completely grenades!
Buy a $500 Nissan Micra.
Buy a new tranny with the money saved on fuel!!

Detune, fix the leak and save money for the upgrade. Me personally, I have been going the route of beat the hell out of it until it quits or at least until the shifting goes to total hell, which is getting close, and then build it. I've had the money saved up for a while now, but I never really got around to building it. I think I'm going to take care of it when I get home in a few months.

You guys need to realize that a Suncoast or ATS kit is a clutch and pressure upgrade kit only, not a complete rebuild kit with hard parts. You beat the piss out of it and you will need more parts and it will cost you more; maybe a lot more.
I do not see the point in pulling with a 2WD as you will only do damage to everything and never be competetive. Trade the truck for a 4X4.

I understand that if you slip the hell out of the clutches and overheat everything you can damage other parts, but if it isn't limping and temps are staying normal is it really hurting it that bad? I thought that was why it limped, so it didn't damage everything?

What kind of stuff are we risking and how?

You answered your own question. If you don't limp it on a regular basis you are ok.
