Does anybody know or have an inkling what an HTT S3-- stainless turbine housing will flow with unmodified wheel and wastegate full open? Can't seem to find any real info, only hp claims with them single turbo.

Do they flow enough through the 13cm housing with gates open that you can put an appropriately sized atmosphere overtop and not need any external gate?

I don't want to plumb one up only to find I need to unmount it and plumb in a Tial. That would kill the mood.

Call me at the htt shop tomorrow... ask for Jacob

But, for a quick run down. Depends on how big of a twin setup you're running. That 13cm housing is pretty efficient, what size compressor and turbine wheel are you using? Also, while that housing is a t3 footprint, the exhaust entry ports are the same surface area as a larger t4 entry, so you get great flow through there. And because the housing is stainless we are able to make the gate ports larger than a cast housing because the stainless holds up to heat better and won't crack. So the two holes for the internal gate have almost as much surface area as a 45mm external gate would.

So in short, it should work very well in a compound and kit as is... HTT also has an adjustable actuator that housing if your interested in having better control of your gate settings.
