HTT Center cartridge part number.

it is a hybrid turbo, so call bw and get a new one in a 62mm standard size, and get it machined to a 66mm. alot cheaper than ordering it from htt
i am talking about the center cartridge, it needs to be machined to whatever the exducer size is of that 66mm wheel
If he got a direct replacement why would he need to have it machined out? I think that would only require machine work if he got a differant cartridge that was not a direct replacement. Maybe I am confused. 
the cartridge comes from bw in a standard size and then htt machines the center section, exhaust hsg, and comp covers for different size wheels. htt will do the same thing to the cartridge and charge you alot more than what the cartridge + machine work costs. my guy charges me $10-$15 for machine work on the center cartridge.If he got a direct replacement why would he need to have it machined out?
