Allison 5sp: how to tune TCM for a 3 gear start?

anyone know exactly how to make 5 speed TCM tune to start in 3 gear? I did search and found a old thread on second gear. I tried it and also made 3 gear table to zero too but would just stay 1st and shifted all weird like into 4th real quick. any advice or maybe you could look at my tune file? my TCM i tried to tune is in the attachment below

I did do search as i said above. I did see that exact thread too. Just wondering if anyone could help take look at tune I made with out changing every table so it drive able to the pull.
