how to lock a tune?

I *think* you have to have the professional version of EFI Live in order to lock the ECM. I'm not positive on that but that seems to be what I remember. Sorry I can't answer for sure, I'm sure someone will chime in quickly to set the record straight.

It can be done, but you have to be the one to load the calibration.
When you program the tune, there is a place to put in a "key", then the tune can only be read when the "key is put in.
