how to convert operating system

I downloaded a mpg tune I'm wanting to try, whats the best way to convert the data over to my operating system??? will I have to copy and paste each table to my os??

Or you can compare calibrations and just run a script on the tables you changed.

cant compare because they are different os it says

Figured it do that. Sometimes my laptop will let me do it the first time I try it and sometimes it won't.
