Just this past week I finally got the 4088r(bought used) on the truck. Well Everything was working well it seemed or maybe I did not notice since I was so excited, but there is a problem. I noticed a vibration in the truck and started looking and figured out it was the turbo. I found a chip of the end of one blade on the compressor wheel( did not see it when I inspected it prior to install), so obviously its now out of balance. I guess I need to figure out my options. keep running it or pull it and have it fixed asap. it does not seem to be hitting the housing( I started the truck with the air cleaner off and it spins down nice and clean. No marks. I think something must have gone through it after the install. Anyway I appreciate and ideas you all might have. Thanks

The wheel can be replaced by it's lonesome as can the compressor housing. See if Dan at PPE can track one down for you. The wheel is under $100 IIRC. Remember they are left-hand thread when swapping.
