I'm looking at buying an inverter for my truck so my kids will have something to do on the way to the pulls. I was going to buy a 7-10 " TV and use my existing Xbox 360. How big of an inverter will I need? Thanks.

Your going to get some distortion with a normal Inverter and I have heard you can damage your console and TV. You should look into getting a Pure Sine Wave Inverter. You don't have to hard wire it. I just used some 8ga wire and put some clips on the end to go to that battery. Then ran the wires through the fender and in the door.

I bought a 1500 watt pure sine and I hard wired it with 2 gauge. Seems to work pretty good. Thanks
