I have the 5000's non adjustable, and i love them!! I would think making them adjustable would only make them better. Rancho makes a very quality piece imho

best shock Ive run, just have to keep the adjusters from sticking but shouldn't be a problem not living in the saltbelt

Happy with mine, ride is pretty good.
They had a deal going on including a free wireless remote controller kit. Im not sure if that offer is still going on?
I suggest to take the adjuster apart and grease it right from the beginning to avoid further problems with it.

x2 on greasing the adjuster. They just replaced mine under warranty because they were stuck on all four corners. Towing 10k with the shocks set to 3 = fail! lol :D

Otherwise I really like the ride they provide. I don't race though so if you do, I can't speak to how well they work.

There was a night a day difference in quality between the old white 9ks and the new silver ones. The old ones you could set the adjuster on 9 and not be able to move it by hand too, the new ones are waaaay softer

Im an idiot. I should have bought these. I just had all for of mine replaced 3 days ago with the blue GM shocks. And my truck ride's like CHIT!! I hate it! Let us know how they do for u...or at least me. Cause im really considering something different.

I bought two from Norcal and two from my local diesel performance shop. Norcal was cheaper, but after shipping they were about the same.

I just installed a set of RS9000's on all 4 corners and a RS500 steering stabilizer yesterday, VERY nice ride IMO.......:thumb:I haven't messed with the adjustment at all though, they are set at 5 right now. Might play with them, today. The roads around here are terrible and I didn't realize how bad my stockers were after 70K miles.

I replaced bilsteins with bilsteins the last time. They were a softer valved shock (don't feel like much though) but I should have went with the RS9000's instead like I wanted to try.
I didn't know Rancho had a replacement stabilizer, may look into that someday.
