11's do you think I can get? Stock bottom end, cp3 and injectors.

Everythings finally working great with my NW Diesel twin kit so I figured its time to hit the track. Its an s475 over stocker set up, nothing fancy and with no additional fuel mods aside from the lift pump. I realize I will be fuel limited at this point but I figured with a well calibrated tune and a little diet, I could come pretty close.

1 battery, hitch, t-cover, tailgate, bumper, backseat, spare tire w/ mount are all gone.. The truck weighs 6260 with my 210lb self in race trim. I dont think 6050 is too hateful for an extended cab with a twin set up.

What do you guys think? Its less than two days away so I'm dying to know if its going to be close.

Sounds like bent rods to me, but you should be able to do it.

i dont think it should be much over 600hp. who knows for sure tho? ive been running conservative tunes until now, only mashed it a few times on the big tune to see how it will do. otherwise ive been saving it to prolong rod life!!!:woott::roflmao:

At least one 11:roflmao: I have been beating the dogsnot out of my truck for 3 years, with some large pw tunes and timing in the 30* range. Justin, you will be fine. Just don't get too greedy with timing below 2200 rpms

Weren't you really close on a stock turbo?

If so, you shouldn't need that much more power w/ weight reduction to get there so I don't see why not! (and the motor will hopefully survive like that?!)

I got 12.01 with the truck scaling at 6600Lbs for my crew cab. Basically the same turbo setup. 55psi boost. This was on BALD 265's and steel wheels. I have caltracs though. They made my 60's much more consistent. Backed up the 12.01 with multiple 12.1's the next day with my heavier 20's. If your tune is "max effort", shouldn't have a problem:thumb: Good luck and get a video!

i was in the high 12's with 20s on so yea. a higher power to weight ratio should help a bit :thumb: we will see tho, i hate saying I should be good cuz I'm my own worst enimy when it comes to jinxing myself.

they say the bald ones hook up better lol but the steel wheels kill it.

what was your 60 ft like when you went 12.01? with my caltracs the best I could get was 1.72-1.74 depending on track prep (everytime I was out it was 80+ degrees tho, hott as hell when i did have them). I got 1.68 & 1.64 with my 265's and PYOs with just clamps!

P.S. Arent BFG G-Force's the CHIt in the street!?!?!

I have to look at my slips but I was low 1.7's on all my 60's with a fluke 1.67 i think it was but couldnt repeat it. The track prep was iffy both days so launching could have been a little harder so I know I have an 11 in it! But the steel wheels do kill it. Heavy SOB's! Not that my 20's arent

The BFG's are pretty nasty on the street but are SUPER soft. Cant really play to much on em as they wear FAST! Do you have an issue with these tires in colder weather?! I find them to be like driving on ice!

Really?? I can lay into the throttle in third and sometimes forth and get them to lite. The hotter the temp outside, the better they get though. I have about 3000 miles on them after one summer and they are like half worn! This is with zero intentional burnouts. Anything under like 50 these things are pretty slick. I run them through the fall and on cold nights its interesting going around corners. I run pretty much the same pressures in them as well:confused:

PS. Any pics of your truck? Id like to see the stance with the wheels and such!

Have any of you seen the new Nitto NTO5R Superior Perf. DOT racing slick radials? They look like glue in hot days?
