How close is lml to lmm

How close would an lml tuning be to a lmm? Like for example on the fuel rate and timing. I need to compare stock tunes but wondering about tuned trucks if that makes any sense.

like nothing alike at all. LML's has much bigger injectors from the factory, way more tables,
